During each 45-minute session, we concentrate on fundamental, intermediate, and advanced techniques based on the number of sessions booked. - Falling Safely & Getting Up: Crucial for minimizing injury. - Stance & Balance: How you hold your body for stability. - Pushing & Gliding: The basic movement to get going and maintain momentum. - Stopping: Essential methods like the T-stop, plow stop, and using toe or heel brakes. - Turning: Shifting your weight to change direction. - Backward Skating: Moving in reverse. - Crossovers: Efficiently turning and maintaining speed by crossing one foot over the other. - One-Foot Glides: Balancing on a single skate. - Spins: Rotating in place. - Bunny Hop: A small, controlled jump. - And more advanced techniques depends on your interests can be tailored to your needs, including: - Artistic Skating: Involves jumps, and spins. - Speed Skating: Focuses on powerful strides and aerodynamic posture for maximum velocity. - Jam/Rhythm Skating: Characterized by complex footwork, spins, and fluid movements to music, forward and backward. - And more . . .
