Service Description

During each 30-minute session, we concentrate on fundamental and intermediate techniques. ​​ - Falling Safely & Getting Up: Crucial for minimizing injury. - Stance & Balance: How you hold your body for stability. - Pushing & Gliding: The basic movement to get going and maintain momentum. - Stopping: Essential methods like the T-stop, plow stop, and using toe or heel brakes. - Turning: Shifting your weight to change direction. ​​- Backward Skating: Moving in reverse. - Crossovers: Efficiently turning and maintaining speed by crossing one foot over the other. - One-Foot Glides: Balancing on a single skate. - Spins: Rotating in place. - Bunny Hop: A small, controlled jump. - And more . . . Instructor: Behzad, bringing over 40 years of experience and having trained 100+ skaters. ** Please bring your own equipment, and remember to sign the waiver and submit payment before your first session **
